Chap application clark county

Clark County Social Service assists area residents facing financial hardship and who lack sufficient income or resources to pay their rental housing costs, utilities, and other related expenses. Assistance programs include FAS (financial assistance), Senior FAS, Transportation, Eviction Prevention, and Fixed Income Chap.

Clark County residents may apply for assistance online by clicking on My Application and logging in to their portal account or creating an account. Applicants should have only one portal account. Creating multiple accounts will delay application processing.

Clark County residents will be able to apply for WSAP (welfare set-aside program) on the portal soon. In the meantime, paper applications are being accepted or residents may visit a Clark County Social Service office to apply in person.
